As I was updating my Goodreads "read" list yesterday afternoon, I had a difficult time recalling the title or author of a book I borrowed and read a few months back. I tried going on Amazon to see if I could run into the title while searching the Amazon Recommendation pages for historical romances, but alas to my utter disappointment and frustration, it didn't show up. So, I decided to move on for the day and get some reading done and watch a few live performances of Adele on youtube. (How I love this woman! And no, I'm not jumping on the band wagon since I've listened to her music way before her 21 album or the performance to her music in Sytycd.) Off topic, getting back on. Now where was I? Oh, yes, so I was watching youtube videos around eight o'clock last night and suddenly the name Ian Mackenzie popped into my head. When it did, I paused the video I had on and rushed on Amazon to type the name into the search bar. And this is what popped-up
The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie (Berkley Sensation)
It just goes to show that my subconscious likes to find solutions to my problems. Like the time I solved a calculus problem that I've been having difficulties with in my dream, but that's a story for another day. =)
