great illustrations and review, and good results, I will have to try these, I do core workout, which are usually 150-200 different style sit-ups and 80-130 push-ups. I should do the arm thinning stuff too though, you have inspired me.
Incorporating 2 or 3 pound weights surprisingly makes a big difference. Any more than that amount typically makes the muscle bulkier instead of slimmer.
Oh, that can happen with cosmetic surgery! Hehe! But we should take note that cosmetic surgery is only half the battle; the rest falls on our hands. Nice animations, BTW! They look cute, especially the Superman pose! :)
Lilian Hulen: Glad you enjoy the animations! Yes, cosmetic surgery is definitely an option; however, there's more of a chance of people relapsing if they chose that option before exercise. I always thought that cosmetic surgery should be only used after to get rid of excess skin. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
